What's going on today BT'ers?

My wife is on call so I was up at 4am to do my 13.1 miles.  Now I can enjoy the rest of the day with my kids.  Have a great Sunday.

Recovery! Did my 1st sprint tri yesterday--I'm only moderately sore. I'll just be walking around today, watching my 9 year-old in a bike race.

Crashed my bike at mile 42 of an 85 mile ride. Now I'm in the ER waiting for CT and Xray results, praying nothing is broken. I need stitches in my chin as well. Had to be the face! I'm just thankful to be ok.

Sucky sucky 12 miler. Hopefully next weekend's 13 miler will be better. I need to be much more conscious about eating well before these long runs (dinner the night before and breakfast), treating them like little mini events in and of themselves, even though I'm not pushing the pace, so I don't bonk/crap out.

That totally sucks.  Hope you and your bike are okay....aside from the stitches.
