What do you wear under your wetsuit?

i wear Tri or bike shorts and a top, either Tri or Bike top, the tri-specific stuff is much more comfy, but either will work. As i am sure you are aware, try it out before the race to make sure you are comfy either way.  Good luck!!!!

Tri shorts and tri top.

For my HIM, I wore tri shorts and a sleeveless tri top so I wouldn't have to worry about putting on a shirt in T1.

I don't think you would want to wear a shirt underneat the wetsuit if it has sleeves. It'd be hard to keep it from bunching up. Also when you said bike shorts, did you mean tri shorts? Wasn't the padding soaking wet?

I wear my bike outfit shorts/top , hrm, and even have my food (sealed like gels) in the pockets. That way all I need is a helmet and sunglasses and I'm off on the ride.

Tri shorts and a tri top. No bike shorts. Your butt can make it through 56 miles in tri shorts.

Wrists, ankles, underarms and back of neck with tri-slide. I've used Pam cooking spray and body glide as well and would use any of the three interchangeably.

If it's an OLY or shorter I don't bother with chamois cream. HIM, I put the chamois cream on during T1

I wear one piece tri suit.

What I wear for the rest of the day - tri top, tri shorts, race belt. The number often gets mangled and is unreadable, having gone through the swim crammed between me and the wetsuit, but it just saves those few seconds getting it on in T1.

I will BodyGlide my neck and around the armholes of my top. I use PAM on my lower legs, plus on the outside of the wetsuit's lower legs (as it bunches around my calves and ankles when removing it, the PAM on the outside helps it glide over itself). Both of my wetsuits come over my wrists okay, so I don't use anything there.

I maybe the only person that rocks just my tri shorts. I find the shirt to be confining and get stuck in the zipper. I use a sleveless tri top so it does on pretty easy. As for lube... body glide FTW
