Subject: May Peach Challenge!For the month of May, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar. If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days. Below is my peachy March...be warned peaching can be addictive Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.
