Subject: RE: Please Critique my Aero position - I need adviceI'm by no means an expert, and Tom Demerly's point is well-taken, but here's my assessment:
1. Elbows are too far forward (as others said, you're too stretched out )
2. The guy who says your seat looks too high may be right. There doesn't appear to be much of a bend in your left knee. You might want to lower it just a touch. Maybe not. It doesn't look too bad.
3. Your back is good and flat.
How comfortable are you in this position? Does it affect your power? |
