33 minutes this morning - 70% there...

BTW - this is challenge is great, I think I have run more this month than at any time since high school!

Morning guys. I'm making more stupid cupcakes. The ones yesterday didn't turn out very cute. So we ate them! Sad, isn't it? Hopefully these will be nice looking. If not, too bad cause I don't have time to make more!


And, of course, we can guess what will happen if they don't turn out "cute."

Personally, I think that you will need to make many batches of cupcakes before any qualify as "cute."

Eating all those the "not-cute" batches will be a huge sacrifice, I'm sure....

It WAS going well. But we've slipped into 2nd place.

I brought out the taser last night. If we don't move back into first next Sunday, I'm taking out the Cattle Prod.

Zap zap zap. Everyone will get zapped.

We could get you one of those scooter things that the photographers ride when they are taking pictures of the cyclists.

Got a short brick run done.  15 minutes and then I shut it down.  I was still about .4 miles from home but just walked it back.  Nice cool down.  No point and pushing it a few days from race day!
