Subject: What is your opinion on Triscuits?I am trying to clean up my eating (although I would say I'm a pretty healthy eater)....no chips, cookies, ice creams etc.
However, I can't make up my mind about Triscuits. I have my doubts because they are a cracker and I associate crackers w/ junk foods, but upon looking at the label, it didn't look so bad?? Reduced Fat Triscuits 1 serving (7 crackers)
Cals: 120 Poly fats: 1.5g sodium: 160 Potassium:130 Carbs 21 g Fiber 3g Sugar 0 Protein 3g ingredients: Whole wheat, soy/palm oil, salt I eat 1 serving a day with a Laughing Cow wedge.
