Subject: RE: 8-19-08: No daily thread yet?For Tuesday, 19 Aug 2008, Lifted weights about 30 - 40 minutes: Lats, Shoulders, Traps, Back. Ran (slow jog actually) 4.3 miles. That's 16 laps on the track behind the YMCA, ran 13 at my normal pace, last 3 laps I sprinted (at least for me) down the long stretches and ran at slow normal pace durin the short stretches. Went back inside for a 30 minute cardio session on Eliptical. |
