Subject: RE: "intestinal issues" on the run.... warning: "earthy"eating and drinking? the usual I guess... Today I ran a little sooner after lunch than I would have liked... today I had a chicken caesar wrap at the hospital cafeteria... I drank a gatorade and had some baked lays with it... I had granola for breakfast with a cup of coffee... about 20 oz all told... I am cutting down. But I ummm... made a pre-run pit stop to try and head off this issue (get it... "issue" ahead of time... I often run afternoons or evenings because when I had run early in the morning last year, I was having this problem as I am fairly regular with the early morning time. I am recovering from a bad cold, but none of those symptoms has been intestinal and none of the other times have I had any illness at all. I haven't added anything new to my diet, nor taken anything away... no new supplements... dunno. -Brian |
