Very cool pet but that doesn't count as a dog.  It's too little!  Laughing

That little fella is awesome though.  My dogs would take me out.

That dog  knows how to pick a better line than the rider!

Love the shots of Lily catching air on those double jumps.

I used to take my Italian Greyhound with me. He'd get SO jacked up when he knew he was coming with me for a ride. We'd do 10-12 miles and he never slowed down. He'd take a squirt of water from the Camelback and off we'd go. I miss the guy...

So awesome! Lily totally got air and clear dips, then goes and plays with a rock. She's so hardcore.

That is an awesome little dog! Fun video and that bike trail looks really fun. Nothing but asphalt and corn around here.

OK...I'll be the killjoy.

After all the treads on BT about people complaining about getting chased by dogs on their bikes, I can't see the fun in teaching your dog that it's appropriate to chase a bike.  And one little slip of control (on either the dog's or rider's part) leads to ....Ooops - a very injured or dead dog.

I see it all the time at work - especially dogs that are "taught" to run along with and chase the owner's bikes and four-wheelers.  And the owners are invariable shocked that such a thing could happen, after all those years of uneventful chasing that they themselves encouraged.   Lots of injuries and death happen this way!

I don't see it that way.  My dogs are trained to run/chase ME when we go out.  NOT trained to chase ANYONE.  They stay behind me as pack leader and never stray to chase anyone else.

Same for this dog I assume.  He sticks with his owner and probably doesn't go after any bike that should roll by.

I knew either PETA or NORBA or someone would complain about it (not saying you're any of those.. )   Great video.  So much fun watching two creatures just enjoying life

I was actually surprised.  I don't like little dogs and I had two positive posts.  I found nothing negative and actually admitted that the little thing was cool.

Gee thanks!  No I'm not involved with PETA.

I'm a veterinarian.   I always shake my head a little when people's dogs get hit by cars/bikes/four-wheelers etc. because they've learned that it's OK to run along the tires.  Sure it's fun, but it sucks when the pet gets injured. The pet's owners are always aghast that their pet was injured and horrified at the cost of fixing the pet (IF it's even fixable). They're sure it NEVER happen to them ! I think if any of you worked in a veterinary ER like I do, you'd see this a little differently.   It's all fun and games until fluffy gets run over!

To each his own I guess
