Subject: Getting back into tri'sHello everyone. I'm working on getting back to triathlons this year, after spending the last few years with other injuries. I'm 56, and I've spent the last 6 months changing my diet, losing 20 pounds, and working with a personal trainer on head to toe conditioning, while we slowly mixed in biking, running and swimming. I'm now up to riding 35 miles on the bike at about 16mph, running 20 minutes straight and swimming 20 minutes straight. I feel good and I feel strong, and in the best overal shape in years. Now feel I'm ready to start a specific triathlon training program. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've checked the sprint training programs and they don't see specific enough, unless I missed something.
