Subject: RE: Help with log!!!If you hover your mouse over the word 'Blog' or 'Calendar' in your training log, you'll get a hover box with the words 'Actual', 'Planned', 'Nutrition', 'Actual Strength' and 'Planned Strength'. Select Planned to go to your Planned Training Log. There's a description of it with images here under the heading Planned Training Log. Once you're in Planned Training you can delete the data following the directions in this article then reimport the plan for your target race date.
