Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Hi Team, I'm Nicole. This will be my third season of triathlon. I did two sprint tri's in 2007 and three more in 2008. In 2009 I will do my first olympic distance triathlon. Biking is my favorite/best event and running is my worst. I'm looking forward to a great month with you! |

Master 1210 Saskatchewan | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Did my first tri in 2005 and got hooked from there. I've finished a few marathons too. Last year I was ill and pretty much lost all my fitness and gained a bunch of weight. The year before, I broke my toe right before my first A race and two weeks before what was supposed to be my first HIM. Unfortunately, over the past few years, my training has been sporadic but I'm healthy and ready to make 2009 a fully productive year. I've had a great start to the year so far and looking forward to a fabulous February with y'all! |

Master 2201 Elgin, | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Good Morning Everyone, My name is Travis for anybody who doesn't know me. My first tri was last year as a last minute decision and I did well enough that I decided to extend this hobby into 2009. My background is more into running, and Feb starts Marathon training for my 3rd. I completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 2007 and Denver Marathon in 2008. |

Expert 1773 San Gabriel Valley, California | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Hi fellow Lincoln-ers - My name is Leah and I did my first triathlon in 2000 - the LA Triathlon. I did a bunch of tris for a couple years and then let my training and fitness slack off. I continued to do the LA Tri every year, regardless of fitness level. Some years it wasn't pretty, but I always finished. I am really working hard on my overall fitness and losing the excess weight and have made great progress. This will be a great challenge for me as my challenge is to get in a whole lot of running, swimming and biking. So far in these challenges I have always made it 100% and I intend to keep my streak going. I start tomorrow with the Surf City Half Marathon. |

Master 2005 Silverton, Oregon | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Hi Team! I'm Roni and I'm a challenge addict It's fun to be on team Lincoln because February 12th is also my oldest daughter's birthday. She'll be 21 years old. Wow! That makes me feel old. I also have an 18 year old daughter. I'm married and travel all over the Pacific Northwest with my husband for his job. Most of the time it's alot of funny training in new places and exploring them, but I also miss family and friends. This will be my third season of triathlons. I did two sprints and an Oly last year, plus 3 Half marys and lots of shorter road races. I'm currently training for my first full marathon (April 4th) and my first HIM (Boise 70.3 June 13th). My training volume is the highest it's ever been right now so I look forward to the extra motivation this challenge will give me. Also, look forward to getting to know you all better! Go Team Lincoln!!! |

Expert 1773 San Gabriel Valley, California | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Got the race in. I was on target for something like 2:40, which would have been outrageous for me - and very amazing and welcome - when the right hip kicked in. I don't have the official time yet, but I did it close to 3:00, which is what I usually to the half in. I was just hoping for lots better. Happy training everyone. |

Pro 4343 Olney, MD | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! I got in a nice ride this morning. The roads were a bit messy but not too bad. I had to deal with a little remaining slush on a few roads, melt water run off, and lots of sand and salt. When I got home Saphira was definitely needing a cleaning. She got cleaned up before I did. Gotta relube her chain later. |

Somehow, someway I need to get to 10k by the end of the summer for my first Oly. I wish running came more easily to me!! |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Hey fellow Lincolners. I'm Kristin. I know a few of you - Travis, great to be on a team with you again! And looks like Jonah joined us too! Yay! I'm heading into my second season of tris and have an HIM in about 8 weeks (gulp). I'm doing IMWI in September and just beginning to work with a coach so this challenge is perfect for me. I've been struggling with motivation issues this winter due to the weather and the aftermath of a bad bike accident last season. I need to get back on the wagon and fast. My goals can't be set officially until I get a schedule from my coach, but I will post this week's goals later today so I have something to stick to Looking forward to getting to know everyone this month! |

Looking forward to having some motivation to stay on track! |

Master 1567 Kauai, Hawaii | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! Hi everyone, I was a little late signing up but I am here to play! This is my fourth triathlon season and still very addicted to the sport. I love to join in challenges to keep my motivation to stay in shape. Plus it helps squash that competitive hunger I yearn for! I follow a plan from a local coach, I have to make adjustments occasionally due to working on call for night shift. So far I been doing a good job. Just don't look at my Nov/DEC calendars... Nancy |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: Team Lincoln - Stick to the Plan! I got in one strength session and a very short run (to and from gym). I'm off for another run and a short bike as well in a bit. I'm essentially squeezing my workouts into errands I need to do - I'm running to Manhattan (I live in Brooklyn) to pick my road bike up from the shop, then will ride it back. We have beautiful weather in NYC today so it's a good day to do it! |

Jenny says the spreadsheets are just about ready. I played with the background picture for the team chart and now the text is actually visible over the image. I'm definitely more pleased with it now. No change is needed with the code. Enjoy! |

Thanks Nicole! I know how much time it takes to make these! Your member ID is wrong though, when I click on yours some other blog comes up and I know it is not yours, because this one is empty, I did notice the member ID number is different , I let you fix because I tend to screw them up... I think the rest is good. |
