Where is everyone?

I am somberly contemplating my goals in life, next year's schedule, all of that important stuff (actually have been busy at work and home).

Of course I am always fairly quiet.

I am ridiculously crabby.  And it has been quiet and I've been leary of breaking the silence with a TAN.

One of those days for sure.

I was crabby but then had a slice of homeade cheesecake made by one of my office mates and am much better now (although very sleepy for some reason).

I just worked out for the first time in forever.  Felt great!  I'm rather up beat today.  My dining room is a dining room again after two weeks of painting project, I'm feeling good, I'm getting things done at work, and I'm having dinner with a college buddy I rarely see tonight and then playing sheeps head with some of the tri wi guys.

I am listening to the Long Beach Dub All Stars on Pandora.  It is the awesome!

Good stuff.

Yeah well I don't have homemade cheesecake just lying around!  Maybe you should bring me some.

We do have a candy drawer but candy isn't very appealing to me.

Trying to figure out if I will change plans and opt for the 5K with costume or 15K without. I've been training for the 15K , but don't want a costume to jinx my form, the short term goal is my first half mary and the 15K was part of the plan.

Either way Cole and I are going costume huntign tonight.

Do we really need the current Dow Jones board total on non financial news networks?

If most investments in the Dow are in some shape or form retirement driven do we really need to see minute by ,minute updates.  Those who are actively managing their investment are probably not using  the various cable news shows (cnn, fox, etc.)  for up to date information anyways.

Couple outfits in the running ( no pun intended) for me, my pregnant wife will not be able to make it otherwise the Juno outfit was a lock.

A Bicycle Story
A triathlete was walking around in town one day when his friend, another triathlete, rode up on an incredible shiny new bike.
The first chap was stunned and asked, "Where did you get such a fantastic bike?"
The friend replied, "Well, yesterday I was out running in the forest just minding my own business when this beautiful woman rode up to
me on this bike. She threw the bike to the ground, took off all her clothes and said, "Take what you want!"
The first chap nodded approvingly, "Good choice. The clothes probably wouldn't have fitted you anyway."

I found it entertaining anyway.
