Swim for 20 mins in warm water, followed by a T1 where changing into a tritop and putting on some thin running gloves will suffice, after 15 mi hard bike, pull in for T2 and a 5k run. A great 2Hr workout. About the same it will take for an indoor trainer or treadmill workout. By the end of the tri, the temp had climbed up to 65F Training in Florida? Yeah, I dig that!
