That said, I'll second the Moving Comfort Fiona bra (the Maia bra is good too, but it might be overkill in your case ). Also, Champion Powersleek is a very good sports bra. Currently, that one is my favorite. As for the tri suit, mine is not quite supportive enough to run in (I have separate tri shorts and top, Louis Garneau brand. The top has the built-in shelf bra, and it offers a good deal of compression, but it just isn't enough to keep the girls happy. ) I just put a sports bra under it and I'm fine. Although, you don't even need to buy a tri suit if you don't want to. Slap a sports bra under your swimsuit, put some running shorts on top of it if you feel like it on the bike and/or run, and you'll be good to go. |
