We had an early dinner last year and it was a lot of fun. I can look up the restaurant we met at..not lots of choices and it was a bit challenging to find a place that would take reservations for a larger party.

I didn't go but I remember that you went to Fireside.
The Fireside is nice, there is also Lorenzo's(Italian family restaurant), The Stoneforge(usually pretty busy on a Saturday night because of indoor/outdoor bar and entertainment). Not sure where everyone is staying but I think either the Fireside or Lorenzo's would work.
Always the more the merrier..kids, spouses, friends are all welcome.
So is someone going to spearhead this for this year? Go with Fireside maybe at 5pm again?
I can do it if someone else doesn't want to handle it.
Key is to get a somewhat accurate count to give them so we can sit together. They have large tables that seat about 20 so depending how many of us there are total, we will have 1-2 tables.
Kathy, I think we can do what the FL gang did pre St. Anthony's. Instead of having a long table of 20+ people they broke up into a few smaller tables in the same general area. Each table got its own bill and at the end price is calculated among those sitting together. This would avoid having the waiter generating 20+ individual bills. Families may request their own bill. During dinner we can always move around to talk with others.

5pm not 5:30
Do you think it is easier to have different tables instead of one? Sometimes that can annoy the wait staff. The idea of the back room area is that we can walk around and are separate from most of the rest of the diners. I believe they did separate checks last year we just had to tell her before we ordered.
Socks is in as is Mav.
I called again and they have us with two tables of 10 each. It is a busy night and that way we are sure we can sit close to each other and yet visit with folks from different tables.
I made reservations for 18-20 under BT or my name Kathy Graves.
