For this challenge, you can swim and/or bike (including trainer, stationary, paddle-boat, etc.) I haven't decided if the losing team will have to change their avatars, but it sounds like a good idea. I am still taking care of the shoulder so it will be teeny tiny swim sessions (at least 30 minutes each session though) and easy flat ride or trainer sessions for the bike. Hubby and I are doing a half century this month so I should have some decent bike mileage to report this month. I hadn't planned on getting in the pool for a while with my last tri of the season over, school starting and the kids soccer season starting too... but I'll do it for Yanti. Going for 13 swim sessions - roughly 3 a week - and 745mins biking - added up all the max mins from the program I'm using for it and that's the time I got,lol. |

I'm in with Team North, just have to wait and see what this months ork schedule will be so I know if I will be able to hit the pool any and how much biking I will be doing before I can set a goal. |
