hmmmm....tempting....I hadn't heard of this race before either....I had actually not planned anymore races this year after Divas (well I had planned the Vancouver sprint - but will be away then as it turns out - and the fact that the swim is counterclockwise with the buoys on the left (and I only comfortably breathe right had me hesitant to register for that one anyway).

I just may sign up for this one!  thanks for the info!

if I end up not being able to do the Divas...then maybe I will be okay in time to do this one....

I am only going to do one more race this year, either way though (that's assuming I GET to do one!).....then just work on building my base for the rest of the year - particularly with running once I am healed up.

Ok, signed up, hope to see a bunch of us West Coasters out there! Looks like a nice course for the bike. Just hope its not a "Tri-a-tri" style race, have never heard of this race or anything else TriGeeks has put on anyone else? I guess it can't be a bad sign if they have Steve King. Looking forward to anyway

I am a really nice guy and can be called on for help with a Grande Vanilla Latte. How far from the ferry are you?

Yeah, no kidding... he forced me to drink beer the first time I met him.

Spent my whole time trying to catch Chris...knowing full well I'd never do it.

Hope i don't spoil the surprise but the Hazmaster pulled off the fastest bike split of the day. Sailed by me like a sonic boom!
