Subject: Training Plans starting at a different week

I just became a user today and signed up for the 32 week Olympic Training Log but with the time I have it is only 17 weeks until my race.  How do I modify the online training to start on the 17th week..

The detailed Olympic plans that we have are here...none of them are 32 weeks though.

We have a 8 week beginner, 12 week basic, 12 week sprint to oly bridge, a 10 week intermediate and a 26 week intermediate.

Without knowing your background, an option would be to:

The key is to make sure the first 2 weeks of the winter plan is doable by you right now without a big jump in training.  If not then there are other options.

Also, to have a training plan end on a specific date, select the "Import concludes" option and  then select your race date when importing a plan into your Planned Training log.

If you want to redo what you currently have, I'd recommend using the Bulk Modification tool to delete everything you currently have in your Planned Training and then re-do the import.
