Subject: Funky weather forecasts

Ever since the new weather provider was added, I get funky forecasts.  See below - the Low temp is always higher than the high temp.  I also notice that the wind is in MPH instead of KPH.  It's not something I use or rely on at all but I thought I would point it out.

Both of these should be all set.  The windspeed will remain in mph however.
