OK - I've finally gotten my wife interested in riding but the more she rides my bike (56cm) with the seat lowered and pulled forward on the KK trainer, the greater chance she quits due to discomfort. Thus: she needs a bike. She's open to the idea but not so much that she would be thrilled if I spent alot on a new bike - so - here I am, hat in hand.

Goal: 52cm (she's 5' 4" with 30" inseam) road setup with 105+ for a low yet reasonable price.

Open to all offers - thanks for reading.

I have a Giant Defy 1. Size S ( I think that is around 51cm). Bike has all 105 components. I think it is about 3 years old. I bought it new but hardly ride it. Mostly ride my tri bike.

E- mail me if you have an interest. Guy. [email protected]

The triathlon bike vs. road bike quandary. Before you even ask the road bike vs. tri bike question, you should have a couple sprint triathlons or duathlons under your belt.

Well I said that I was not going to do it this season, but I cracked. I broke down and bought a new bike. I went out and bought a shiny new Cannondale road bike.
