Subject: Mobile app not showing planned training
Is there a delay between setting up my training calendar on the website and being able to see it on my phone? Just set up my calendar today and then dl'd the app to my Android phone and when I log into the app on my phone and pull up planned workouts, there's nothing on any day. When I click "view planned workouts" and then choose a day that should have a workout, it says "contacting beginnertriathlete.com" but never shows any planned data.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

As the fog cleared, the buoy that I first saw earlier in the morning was just the first marker in a very long line of buoys that stretched across the lake like a runway for a 747 jetliner.

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.
