Subject: Comic relief--cycling
I stumbled upon this gem from the Global Cycling Network while looking for videos to watch on the trainer a few days ago. Don't recommend them for that purpose--the ones about what not to eat (below) and what not to wear made me laugh so hard I nearly had an asthma attack/fell off the trainer. In particular, the "aero pizza" concept..... (There's also aero tea service by a "domestique" on "What Not to Drink".) They have a whole bunch of silly ones if you need a little levity.
