5:10 AM 45 minute trainer ride with a bunch of single-leg stuff and squats
6 AM : 22 minute brick run in the rain
Good luck with the coach! I assume you are working with someone remotely (online )? Be ready to suffer! There were many days last year when if I'd seen the same workouts in a generic plan on a website or book, I would have said, "No, no way. I need the easier version." But I kept thinking, this plan now is made up for me, right? So I "should" be able to do this, and I didn't want to tell someone else I couldn't, so I would just go try to do the workout!
Rain/100% humidity is becoming an all day, every day thing...... Way beyond normal. I think it is building up to a really big storm. What's scary is that this has gone on for so long--almost a month now. None of my shoes will get dry, and it smells like something died in my apartment. Just gave them another dose of baby powder and hoping that helps.
