Subject: 1.9.18 Tuesday Training!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :40 minute run including 6 minute Z3 repeats 5:15am: Lower body strength + plank work + stretching Curtis...I was laughing at the years/days...I was thinking 'wow, 10 years is a long time to deal with a slight injury!'
