Otherwise hitting the trainer 6 days a week. ) Got doctor permission to start running again, but probably will wait till the weekend. Still lots of elbow swelling and some pain on and off related to scar tissue aggravating a nerve that's oversensitive due to a previous injury. Hoping some new drugs will get that a bit more under control before I introduce some more jarring and cardio activity. |
