Being that I am a serious stage actor, I don't do film, but if I did, I think I would want to be Macbeth in a movie.  But for pure fun, I think a werewolf in a monster flick, would be cool too...except for the fleas.

I'm already the star of the movie going in my head.  I'm being played by either Clint Eastwood, Jack Nicholson, or John Wayne.......

Think Sigourney in the first Alien movie, or Linda Hamilton in T2.  The smart, brave, kick butt, take care of business woman.

1 Foot The Other - 2007-03-21 10:45 AM Geena Davis' role in "The Long Kiss Goodnight" ... sistah was SERIOUSLY bad!

I get the sentiment, but that was a SERIOUSLY bad movie.  Isn't that the one where she says "Suck my d____!"  That was so bad it was cringe inducing.

I'd like to do a movie where I go around the country rewarding people who get nominated by others for having done something nice and unselfish for them.  It wouldn't have to be earth-shattering stuff, but real instances of people sacrificing for each other.  You know how that (now too sappy and staged) show Extreme Home Makeover works?  Kind of like that but just little 10 minute segments of here's who was in need, here's who helped them out and how, and now let's surprise them at home/work and tell them thanks and give them something like a little cash, or a trip, or something like that.

I realize that this would probably be a huge commercial flop.  Unfortunately people would rather watch things like that show about rich 16 year olds' birthdays or than shows about people being patted on the back for geing a nice person.

Ok, if it's movies already made I can't imagine any more fun than 'playing' Capt. Jack Sparrow, or any fun loving pirate.  That's basically what I did for a week in Disney recently and it was a blast.

Aaaargggghhh!

*sigh* Well, I liked it.

I like your idea too, though. Wouldn't it be nice if among reality shows people were to be reminded about the huge societal benefit that results when people are just good to each other?

I all seriousness, I've always wanted to be Guy #6 or something like that.  I always stay to the end of a movie to see what role I could have played.

I'll call them out:  Like Random elevator guy, darkie in subway...

I've always wanted to be "The Cleaner" from an assassin movie.

Think Harvey Keitel in 'Point of No Return' or (surprise) Harvey Keitel in 'Pulp Fiction'.

I would say "Harvey Keitel in 'The Piano'" but then I'd have Holly Hunter calling me all the time.

I got close.  I was an extra in 'Invasion USA' with Chuck Norris.  No credits, but I did get to dress up in black, get my face painted, get an AK47 with blanks, and shoot the hell out of it.  At night.  In downtown Atlanta.

But I'd rather be Matt Damon in any of the Bourne Movies.  IRL, or as an actor.  That's cool stuff.
