Oh well – volleyball playoffs tonight so that’ll be a couple of couples of drunning around and Friday will have to be a gym day instead of an off day!

23-minute run, ~2 3/4 miles. One more run tomorrow or Saturday for 25 minutes and then D-Day (or should I say M-Day?)

The only problem would be if people are taking rest days – I wouldn’t wanna be calling Ellen on a rest day – she might head up here and pound me with her spare bike trainer or something!

7 x 100m............1st split 1min 14sec, each following split at least as fast but most a few seconds better. Best split was 1min 9sec.  ......... rest 30sec between each set.

uhmmm....I think my choices are stubborn or stupid! LOL

Up at 4 gives me an hour to workout, time to shower and get myself and my son ready. I need to be out at 6:30. Good think it's only 2 days a week. So on the other 3 when I stay in bed til 6:30 I can say I slept late

I get up at 4:15 5 days a week. I'm so used to it, it is simply habit. However --- I do start for bed around 8:00!! After nightly chores and reading for a bit, I am usually asleep by 8:45 or 9:00.

Today -- ran treadmill for 26 minutes, and did weights for back and biceps.

I also had an unofficial rest day due to fighting with my indoor bike trainer. The trainer won, and now I am cranky. I am officially sick of winter and wish I could ride outside!!!
Looking forward to "warmer" temperatures (ie: you might be able to expose your face) this weekend so I might be able to run outdoors!
