Comments: My goal going in was to go sub 27. OH YEAH. I've done 10 5ks since I started running November 2011 and the times are mostly in the 28s with a few higher exceptions and 1 27:53 in January 2012 when I was starting to train for a HM (that never happened because I got injured). I was tired of seeing 28s so I went for it. What would you do differently?: Nothing. MY classic MO is to run conservative at first and kick it up as I go - progression run. I'm proud of my execution here! Post race
