Subject: Garmin Express vs Trainer Road PSA
I saw on another thread that Garmin Express has an issue with loading files to BT.

Add Trainer Road as another victim; upgraded to Garmin Express last week, and when I went to use TR today, it wasn't seeing the ANT stick.

Uninstalled GE, after seeing the BT upload issue, and it's now working again.

Also I had tried running ANT Agent without launching Express, but that didn't seem to work either. Uninstalling Express was ultimately the fix.

Were you running the ANT Agent while trying to use TR?

Wasn't running ANT agent, in fact ANT agent won't run alone after installing Express.

One of our members discovered that Garmin Express takes control of the ant stick like ant agent does. Except it does it with a service that always runs in the background.
To disable it, stop Garmin Core Update Service on Windows if you are using the new Garmin Express. (Exiting it from the task tray is not enough)
Or uninstall Garmin Express completely.
On Mac you can just exit Garmin Express from the icon tray at the top right.
