Subject: 11.28.16 Monday Morning!Good morning BT! Monday once again! 4:45am: :45 minutes on the trainer, easy Z1/2 5:30am: :40 minutes upper body + core. Changed up the lift program to 5X5 stronglift--focuses on all compound movements and heavy weights. Needed a change! Well that threshold run was no fun but I did it! Interesting info gained from that test. Sunday I get to do it again but on my bike...whoopeee!  Have a great day! |
