Good morning BT!  

4:45am:  :40 minute easy recovery run

5:30am:  upper body strength + core

Looking forward to some great training this weekend!

5 min warmup, 7x 4 min run/2 min walk, 5 min cooldown

Decided to get lazy and skip my workout (strength) today. Last night's strength intervals on the trainer weren't overly taxing, but I'm really feeling it in my legs today. It's a rest week, and I'm burned out on this strength workout, so whatever.
