More 1/2 marathon training program this morning.
5 min warmup, 7x 4 min run/2 min walk, 5 min cooldown
Decided to get lazy and skip my workout (strength) today. Last night's strength intervals on the trainer weren't overly taxing, but I'm really feeling it in my legs today. It's a rest week, and I'm burned out on this strength workout, so whatever.
