Start of a new week to be awesome! 5:00am: :30 minute run 5:30am: :40 minutes upper body strength + stretching After school: 2nd run of 30-40 mins Interesting note...over spring break I did very little stretching & foam rolling and by yesterday could start to feel those niggling aches again.
