Good morning here in the dungeon. Got 1:13:02 on the trainer, this equals out to 25 miles in trainer speak.
High cadence for the first section (92+ ), mid range for the second (82+ ), bib boy gear for the third (72+ ), mid range again and then split the last in 1/2 between big gears and mid range. Great workout.
Intensity is building, two weeks out from starting my 18 week training program.
Hopefully a swim later on tonight.
