Got out for a 7.5 mile run this morning. Last long run before my next half marathon next Saturday. Cold, wet and windy made for an interesting run. Better than sitting around though!
Two runs totaling eight or so miles with 2hrs on the Kickr in-between..I have a 10k in a few weeks and we'll see what all slow running I'm doing means for that..
My Sunday run was 6.5 miles on the track. Main two sets were 6 x 400m under 1:30 (60s rest) and 8 x 200m under 0:45. Calf muscles are stilling feeling the 6:00/mile fun.
