8.5 miles in the cool, overcast, misty morning. Felt easy, but I was really cold. I didn't put enough clothes on and wore thin gloves, not sure if my body was working hard to heat me up, but my HR seemed higher than I felt it should have been. Also I can just blame garmin wrist HR sensor for that.
I missed a few days this week but did a little catching up yesterday and today: two hours on the Kickr today w/out structure and then my first outdoor run off the bike in 2020. One of these days, I'll actually go to the pool!
8.3 miles in sunny, 78 degree weather. Shock to the system as this is the warmest it’s been for me on a run in a couple of months. Makes me excited about getting the bike back outside more often even though my run times are going to suffer.
Headed to the pool today since we don't know how much longer they will keep it open. My daughter and I got in about a mile, with a lot of short stuff in the mix, including a set of 25s from midpool to concentrate on the turn. There was a lot of trash talking between sets as to who is faster, did the set better, et cetera, so that made our overall yardage look pretty weak.
