5 miles EZ on the treadmill this evening. Lots of thunderstorms rolling through this evening so I had to really social distance myself to get a run in. But, it’s in the books!
I put a hard hour on the trainer tonight. Everything else being equal, it was the best 60 minute trainer ride I have had. Let's see how the legs respond for tomorrows lunch run.
I did a tempo run workout today. It was 2 x 3200m at Half Marathon race effort with 4 minutes rest interval and warm-up and cool down. This was a lot shorter workout that I have been doing on run days but also a lot faster. I always like it when I get something different in my schedule on Run Days.
