The resurgence of Team Florida Force in the January swim challenge is indicative of our motivation. Eat our dust.

Hamsters = h'orderves ... eat 'em for breakfast. Kind of like the 5.10 recovery run this morning >Z2 ... and got another run planned for this afternoon.Ramp up the volume! It's base building time.

    But why would you?

It builds character - and strength and separates the men from the boys (of which I am neither!)....but after running during a Colorado winter - I KNOW what it takes to win this thing.

    Go MidWest!!

Don't make our pet beavers hunt them down...So much for us Canadians being polite.

Uh oh... don't challenge a Marine to build character. I've been on the losing end of that one before. It makes testosterone increase exponentially!

There has to be something said for a run in the Pacific NW where it is cold, wet and raining! Builds character!

I'm doing a 1 HR run tonight... The West Coast is the Best Coast!

May it rain on your parade. Unfortunatly we've got your weather here(cold cold rain) and I hate it! Keep your stuff on your side. East coast doesn't need it!

Builds what, seperates what? You mean running up hills in the cold builds character! No, not even close. LOL, but keep tring...

If you want to know what it takes to win this just follow the Florida Force Team. And try not to choke in our dust, but if you do, we will come back to help ya. (Now that's character!)

    Trot on!

Anyone see the McDonald's commerical during the Super Bowl? It had a Hamster that was working out and hoping to be drafted as a mascot. I love the Northeast group, but I couldn't help but think of you guys.

    Nyatch ...........

The Mid-Atlantic Monster Milers are running over the competition. We are ALREADY over 20% of our goal mileage only 5 days into the month!

    Other teams don't stand a chance ........ ;-P

I once had to run 3 miles with a sandbag. It was a three man team and we had to find a way to get around this loop.

But I don't think this was the same type of sandbagging that you were talking about....

I agree! I have filled up many sandbags, and had to run many miles with sandbags! I had to swim one time with a sandbag! I hate sandbags!

All you folks at sea level should put in more miles. It is easy to run when you have Oxygen.

Can't blame us for our choice in geography!

And as someone who has filled many sandbags in the short military career (not too mention having to sleep on it for 5 months) I know my team ain't baggin' it! We are just showing the dedication and motivation to get the job done!

    :-P~~

Yea, but the air is thicker down low, so there is more air resistance!

BTW, there are plenty of places here in the flatlands where more oxygen would be welcome!
