Those are tough rules but I'm interested.  I like my rollers better then the trainer I can say that.  I still have tendency to fall off but am getting better.  I'll have to check my schedule to see what I can set as a goal.

I've been using rollers for about two weeks now and I'm getting pretty steady on them. However, I usually ride them less than an hour at a time and usually only once per week. With your formula, I think I'd have negative numbers! If it would help you to beat up on me, then I'll be your whipping post

I love my rollers!  If the challenge is to ride them every other day, I'm in.  I'm training right now for a half marathon, so it would be good cross training.  But I live in Phoenix, and I can ride outside most of the time...I know, don't hate, LOL...

OK so I'll throw out some ground rules with can bat around.

1. Scoring is by percentage of hours of goals.

2.Falling off is a 15 minute penalty

3.Trainer time is not allowed

4.Outside time is taken as half time, No more then one outdoor  ride per week allowed

5.Need to record roller time for each week of at least 2 hours.  1 hour penalty if not.

Losers must display "I got rolled over in the February's roller challenge" in their signature line and goals for a month.

Edit as you see fit.  Oh we need a winner's line.

I'd like to get in on this. I've ridden 60' (yesterday) and would like to set my goal at 15 hours.

Since we're being penalized for falling off, how about bonus time for productive roller tricks (which may also induce some falling):
2x time for one-legged drills
1.5x time for riding in aero
1.5x time for 100+ RPM
5' min from pulling water bottle from cage and drinking w/o stopping
15' for riding 90' without stopping (ohh, my taint)

2:45 but farting around with water bottle fell off.  So 2-1/2 hours this week.  the rain and freezing rain is keeping me from running.  Maybe a 30 minutes in AM.

Still freezing rain.  Got back on them again.  Picked up the speed a little.  So checking in early because it's a run or the pillow tomorrow morning.

This week 3:30 on the rollers, one fall -:15.

Total for the week 3:15.

I'm in for 2 hours so far this week. I'm hoping to get in a 90' ride this weekend. I had a ruptured disk in my back in late Sept and right now, the more I ride and swim, the better I feel.

I made it for 1:40 this weekend, upping my total to 3:40.

I've joined Netflix and went through the first 2 episodes of Heroes (never watched it before). I only stopped to start the second episode, but I came real close to falling twice. I'm feeling pretty comfortable on the rollers again and I'm okay shifting (old road bike with downtube shifters), but can't muster the courage to drink on the bike yet.

Got a couple hours in this week so far.  One fall of course.  Need another hour to stay on track.  Raised my seat up a little and feel better and faster.  Man it's a log way down to this floor.
