Subject: RE: NJ State - What are your goals!LOL!! It's one thing to be nervous about your own swim, but when you make the *RD* nervous about your swim too...  You'll be FINE! The lake is absolutely lovely! (in fact, I'd rather be there NOW instead of here at my desk, that's for certain...) I'm supah-slow, so my stretch goal is 3:00 for the oly. Last year I was 3:26 - this year I'm a better runner (all relative, of course!) and I am HOPING to have my short-john wetsuit by then (darn backorder!!) so I'm hoping to shave off 4+ min on my swim and 10+ on my run. That also means I have to shave 12 off my bike... woah, mama! We shall see... Most important, though, I wanna have FUN!!  |
