For IMAZ I am thinking about what tri-suit to use. I prefer the 2 pieces and generally use the 2xu stuff or LG TeamEC set. WHat do you recommend for long course stuff?

2 pieces.

I think I have used my one piece for my first half and that is the longest.  IMO, two are more comfortable.  In the end, use what ever is most comfortable to you.  Try riding 80 in your one piece.  If it doesn't work...then you have your answer

I'm not a fan of the onesie, because if you have to poop, it's a big PITA.

I wore my Jaggad Iron Tri suit on the bike at Ironman Florida. It was fine. To be honest, I wasn't in a big hurry in transition, taking 10 minutes for each. I changed into my Mizuno running shirt and shorts for the run, because I wanted comfort over speed.

btw: the Jaggad has a removable chamois which is really really nice. I used it during the entire SC Half last year, and it was good.
