Expert 1099   Broadlands |  Subject: In VA for the weekHey all, I'm in VA from now till next Thursday, going through the negotiations for the move, anyone fancy a running buddy through this week around the 20171 area let me know. I'm going to a track training day next wednesday but all the other days I'm running around the area. PM me or reply here if you fancy going out for a run, as long as you're not going to kick my backside too badly :-) By the way, the heat here is ok, but the humidity is amazing...86% c'mon. it's good training for when I get back to north west UK :-) |

My Saturday morning long runs have been much easier so far this year because it's been cooler. Hope it sticks around for awhile. |
