Does anyone know where I can go to practice and prep for the Richter course here in Calgary?  I'm doing a may camp out there so I'll be exposed to it before the race, but thought I'd practice here where I can once the weather gets nice.

thanks in advance!

Richter is a long climb with varying grades. It doesn't get really steep anywhere though. Get some decent mileage in, work hard at some of it, and you should be fine. Don't be afraid to use your lower gears to keep your cadence up on the harder parts. I'm not sure what the traffic is like on 22x now since I'm not in Calgary regularly but heading west on 22x as it climbes out of town, especially into the wind, will be good practice. Good luck!

22x or south of 22x and 37th towards the Road to Nepal has lots of long climbs that would be good practice.

Less traffic than 22x, and it should be clearing up soon if it isn't already.
