So who thinks Quickstep brings Boonen to the Tour De Georgia next month? I am saying no since Fleche Wallone (he's Flemish) and Liege-Bastone-Liege are on the weekends of the race....although I hope I am really wrong about this and get to see him in his WC kit.

Damn, I couldn't vote because I didn't see any of the options that I wanted listed. I like those Health Net guys.

If Boonen is coming, I'm not going to miss the Tour De Georgia again this year.

I think it's the "B" team that shows up.  Boonen coming here is like Tiger Woods going to Belgium to play in an 18 hole club scramble during the Masters, or Randy Johnson pitching in a company softball game during the world series.  Ain't gonna happen.

But every once in a while I'm wrong, and it would be nice if this were one of those times!

CSC, Phonak and Discovery all have some link to the States and have U.S. riders that want to do the race. Quikstep has pretty much only Euro riders (at the star level) and will send there B or C team.

Boonen will focus on Pro Tour events that have "meaning" to the European peloton in my opinion. Especially since he wants to do the triple (Paris-Roubaix, F-V, Liege-Bastogne-Liege) I think.
