Searching old threads not working?

Hrm it's for me, and I've been active since 07 or 08 - but nothing shows before 2011. No name changes or anything like that. My logs/race reports go back far enough though. I tried blank search words as well as obvious ones like "run" or "volume". Interesting!

Here's my search for 2010-01-01 to 2011-01-01 - all the results are outside that range, and 2011 to boot:

I suspect it's the USA vs ISO date format? 

Edit: I copied and pasted your search date parameters to the end of my search URL: datemode=4&custom-start=2005-10-04&custom-end=2010-07-14 and I got older posts...  Hrm...

So it's your end date parameter not being read quite right:

If I do 2010-06-01 to 2011-01-01 (lazy) I get only 2011 results which is dead wrong. 

If I do 2010-06-01 to 2010-12-31 I get the correct range. 

Easy enough to work around I guess, but if that first date range is invalid how many others might do the same?

I noticed some time ago that my posts earlier than 2004-07-14 are not searchable.  There should be quite a few for me between 2004-01-28 and 2004-07-14. They used to be there.  I remember searching for my first post a few years ago and found it.
