Strength training tonight after I install a new washer and dryer...
Had a great (for me ) swim yesterday, I was supposed to do 900 (week 2 of 0 - 1650 plan ) but I felt great so I kept adding on 50s and 100s and ended up doing a 1200 yard swim workout, it was my first time breaking 1000 yards in the pool!
