Subject: 8.10.16 Happy Hump Day!

Good morning BT!  How are ya!?

9:00am:  3 mile run + walk with the doggies

10:00am:  upper body/core strength stuff

Back to my classroom today to get some more work done.  I think I'll head out to Blue Lake to swim later today rather than go to the pool.  I enjoy OWS swimming so much more.  I keep forgetting I have a race next week!  Lol!

I got to the pool to swim this morning and found that I did not have goggles. Left those at my gym's other location. Improvised a bit and did a short kick set. Still, not a good start to the day . . .

Hope it's not as hot wherever you are compared to Texas . . . high of 102 today!

Hey there!

5:15am - 5 mile run - hot and humid again today. I'll take the hot but this humidity stinks! I love the dry desert but monsoon season is brutal to train through!

1pm - PT appt - basically another ST session. Need to keep my hips strong!

Rest day for me.

The humidity has been bad in OK all summer. It's been very unusual for us.
