2.3.18 Sunny Saturday!

A three hour trail run! That sounds like ultra running stuff to me, you go Kim!

Went to the gym for a swim and there was a Tri class about to start. It wasn't on the gym schedule but I know the guy leading it so he let me join. Of course he puts me in the lane with the young former H.S. uber swimmer girl....Luckily she took it easy and didn't make me look TOO slow.

Might join a couple of my cycling teammates in some crit laps later. 19 mph winds right now so there will be some work.

515am: 1:45 ride. Z1 warmup; 30min LTHR test; Z2 for some extra saddle time.

60 and sunny here in Idaho as well. I did finally get out and get in half an hour of running in the park across the street, along with a lot of happy dogs and owners. Mom was feeling well enough to take a 20-minute walk while I ran. Very long week of endless things to do and another two weeks to go.

Strength training followed by a 4 mile run. Wanted to get some time on the bike in also, but the honey do list took over.
