Personally I think he's a good coach who needed to look beyond football and take a year to focus on his family, and now it's come back to haunt him. |

I believe PHL will get O'Brien from Penn State as he took the job before knowing the sanctions and has always been a pro coach anyway. Lovie Smith was the surprise hosing this year. If 10-6 gets you fired, there is no logic. Yet Rex Ryan keeps his job. It's madness!!! |

Not sure what he does to bring Rivers into ine though; he's a bit of a loose end which needs a coach to reel him in and I don't see Lovie as that guy. |

They should never have gotten rid of Haley. That was their biggest mistake. I think he could have taken this team, as it is, quite far. |

Look at New England: All their focus is on offense and a defense which can protect inside the 20 with interchangable generic parts. Except for Wolfork who counts for about 3 guys... |
